I love a good story.
I: read, write, draw, think, listen, speak, run, study, question, accept, and learn.

My interests stem from my love of comic books growing up. I was more into anime but have recently branched out to western comics. I wish I had been opened to them a lot sooner, but better late than never! It is more of a matter of never being around them as much as I was around anime. I have always wanted to be a comic book artist and have always shown an interest in writing as well.
I like to think of myself as an idealist because I see the way the world should be (in my opinion), but I like to be reasonable in my decisions about the future. I don't fit any label entirely, but, I most closely associate with being pantheist, humanist, libertarian, mathematical realist, environmentalist, and a whooole lot of other things.
I don't think it's important to have life figured out at this age, but I do feel strongly that we should be mindful about our place in this Universe. I love philosophy and pondering about life.
I am majoring in Psychology and attending college at New Mexico State University. I live with my brother and enjoy my days with a small group of close friends. Drawing has been my main passion throughout my life. It's sad for me to think that I've been falling through during my high school years.. but I plan on exploring my skills further in college.
I'm also absolutely in love with music, and am always open to different styles of it. I mostly listen to house, EDM, 'trap', hip-hop/rap, 'indie'/surf rock, pop-punk, atmospheric-ambient, and everything that falls in between, because, you know, you can't really slap a label on some artists out there. The cello is the only instrument I know how to play, which has opened a great admiration and appreciation for orchestral music in me. I feel that it nurtures the creative spirit unlike any other genre.
Right now, I am focusing on developing my style as an artist and beginning the rough drafts of the series I have thought up over the years. Assisting my sister in her own comic is also a main priority for me right now.
I just want to be able to occupy myself by putting my talent to good use because at this age, nothing is more important to me than contributing what I can to the world in the best way that I know.

Art and creativity are important because they add dimension to our lives. Thinking and living abstractly is how we learn to break free from negative cycles and how we learn to be the pioneers of new ideas in the world.
Art is the engine of the world.
